Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Apart from Australia, we currently ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada and selected EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email at contact@reveriepuzzles.com.au and we will see what we can do! Please note that all international shipping fees do not include taxes, custom duties or any other associated import fees.

For UK customers, you can purchase our puzzles through our Etsy store.

Q: Why are your puzzles priced higher than other ones with the same piece count on the market?

A: As a new business, we are starting out with small batches and do not have the large volume that other large puzzle companies have to achieve huge discounts with the manufacturer.

We also pride ourselves in recognizing and appreciating the work of all the amazing artists whose designs we have used as well as authors whose works have inspired some of the designs we have, and thus ensure that we compensate all of them fairly for their time and effort.

Q: Oh no, I think my puzzle has a missing piece!

A: Ah, this is definitely every puzzler's worst nightmare!

More often that not, missing pieces have probably gone astray during unboxing or during the piecing process. Missing pieces are commonly found left behind in the original packaging, caught onto the sleeves of the clothes you were wearing when puzzling, under rugs or furniture, chewed on or swiped off the surface by a pet or a child or vacuumed by accident.

Please check all of these places and ensure that you have completed the entire puzzle before assuming pieces are missing.

If you are sure that the missing piece(s) have not been misplaced, please email us at contact@reveriepuzzles.com.au with your order number and a clear picture of the area(s) with the missing piece as well as another picture including the entire border. We will try our best to locate the replacement piece(s) and mail it out to you so that you can complete your puzzle! If you have purchased it through a retailer, please email your retailer with the above details and they will forward it on to us.

If you have lost or misplaced it during puzzling or received or bought it from a second hand shop, we are unable to assist with a refund, however, we are more than happy to try our best to locate a replacement piece and send them out to you for a small fee to cover postage costs.
