Change of mind
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. All items must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that all items are packaged properly to avoid damage during transit.
Missing pieces
Missing pieces often go astray during unboxing or during the piecing process. They're commonly found left behind in the original packaging (i.e. stuck to the bottom of the drawstring bag), caught onto the sleeves of the clothes you were wearing when puzzling, under rugs or furniture, chewed on or swiped off the surface by a pet or a child or vacuumed by accident.
We would very much appreciate if you could please check all of these places and ensure that you have completed the entire puzzle before assuming pieces are missing.

If you have lost or misplaced it during puzzling, or received or bought it from a second hand shop, we are more than happy to try our best to locate a replacement piece and send them out to you for a small fee to cover postage costs.
Wrong order or damaged items
Our sincerest apologies! Please send us a photo of the error or damage along with details of your order (order number, name, date) within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
