Countdown to Christmas with a puzzle advent calendar like no other this year! Over 24 days, follow the story of Lydia, a teenage girl working at her Aunt Bridget's bookshop during the festive season. What adventures will she encounter?
The advent reads as a continuous story and should be done in order from Day 1 through to Day 24. Each day's illustration corresponds to the short story, and within each, there's a little game for an extra element of fun and interaction. The advent comes with a companion booklet that contains the whole story and illustrations divided into 24 days/chapters, as well as the answers to all games on the final two pages.

This is my first Christmas advent from Reverie. I did get the Halloween one and loved it.
The first thing of notice is the attention to detail in the presentation. It is above and beyond. It’s all so cohesive and festive.
The little booklet and games that go along with it are super sweet and a very fun touch, especially if you have children following along.
The downside for me is that there are once again fraying nubs and bent pieces. I noticed this in the Halloween advent as well. It makes me wonder how it will hold up to multiple uses.
I will for sure buy the advents again even with the quality issue. The willingness from the creator to try and get to the bottom of the issues Is remarkable. The thought behind the entire advent is noticeable and much appreciated.

This years advent has moved above last years advent for me. This little booklet with it and games- seriously!!! I have to decide if Im doing them day by day or a week at a time. You can not beat the presentation of Reverie- every time they win!!
The only downside I have is that both Halloween and Christmas advent this year have a lot of fraying knobs and peeling artwork. Anywhere from 1 piece to a dozen per box in the Halloween advent- and 3 in the first day of Christmas.
This is easily still a 4 star for me because the art and intent of this puzzle are felt to your toes and seriously stunning. I would buy it again even knowing ahead of time it has a lot of consistent quality issues.

I haven’t completed the puzzles yet, but the box is EXQUISITE! Everything inside is beautiful and of the highest quality. I was blown away when I opened it!

My first Reverie puzzle and this is just too fun! Couldn’t wait till December to open it! Packaged beautifully, the pieces are great quality and I love their matte finish. Can’t wait to buy more puzzles from this brand! Was an absolute joy putting one of the minis together.
