Dark but beautiful

Just like everything Reverie creates, this was such a beautiful puzzle. I’m not as good with dark puzzles so it was a spicy challenge! But being only 500 pieces, it wasn’t too hard at all. And if you love the ACOTAR books, you’ll definitely adore this one.

The diamond beadwork on the dress was so fun to puzzle, a lot with the tattoos. I loved it!

The puzzle comes in...

The puzzle comes in a lovely box, which is the perfect size fit for a 500 piece. The drawstring bag is very thick and good for protecting the puzzle.
The puzzle pieces are nice and thick, fit well and no false fits. A quality puzzle reference/fan art is included.
While there is some dark areas in the puzzle I had no major headaches with placement as it was easy to sort pieces into colours and areas.

There was quite a bit of puzzle dust which I hope can be reduced in the future.

I look forward to future releases.

The artwork for this...

The artwork for this puzzle was what initially caught my attention and I knew I had to own it. For a novice puzzler, this puzzle took me about 4 hours to complete with breaks. This puzzle has some darker areas, which adds a nice level of complexity but it was a nice balance between easy to complete sections and the more difficult ones. For me, the most difficult area of this puzzle was Feyre's arm and hand tattoo. It was very detailed, but the pieces are a generous size and I was able to put them together fairly easily.

The puzzle has a matte finish which is easier on the eyes (you don't have the light shining on the pieces like you would have on a glossy puzzle). The puzzles are extremely high quality and presented in a gorgeous box & drawstring bag combination. Each puzzle includes a stunning print of the completed puzzle. It was the perfect size for referencing. Overall, I found the puzzle came together really well and I think they would make the perfect gift for a book lover or to treat yourself.
