Floating Books Jigsaw Puzzle (500 Pieces)

I had heard really great things about the quality of this new brand so I had fairly high expectations when I started working on this and I wasn’t disappointed ✨

The pieces are thick and have a matte finish. The box is on the smaller side, but a good fit for the amount of pieces, and the puzzles comes with a print of the image and a draw string bag for the pieces. There was a good mix of piece shapes and I didn’t experience any false fits when I was working on this. The pieces fit together really well and it’s a tight fit - definitely passes the pick-up challenge.

I had a really great experience putting this puzzle together and I love the awesome artwork but I’ll still share some constructive feedback. There was a lot of puzzle dust (more than average) but I believe that’s been addressed with the new puzzles. The fit of the pieces for certain sections wasn’t as satisfying as I was expecting given the thickness of the pieces. I think this is because some of the piece shapes (but not all) don’t have fully rounded nubs so if you put them together, they can easily be pulled apart. I found that there were a lot of these for the border so my early experiences with the puzzle were a bit clumsier and didn’t have that satisfying click that I enjoy. My only other personal preference would have been if the bag of pieces was branded but it’s still a very nice quality bag.

Overall, I’m very excited about this company and looking forward to doing many more puzzles by them in the future!
